Trojan wants its candidates to understand two things.

The first is that every correspondence is conducted in the strictest of confidence.

The second is that we contact people for a reason. By the time we pick up the phone, we already have a good idea that the person on the other end might be exactly what our client needs.

If a candidate declares his or her interest we’ll sit down together and discuss the opportunity so we can be sure that there is a cultural fit and that aspirations are aligned.

The next step is a client interview. We raise any concerns a candidate may have in advance so everyone is on the same page from the outset.

Should everything go to plan, we will work to ensure the transition between roles is as seamless as possible.

We make ourselves available at every point in the process and are always on hand to field questions, no matter how trivial.

If it becomes clear that making the change is not in everyone’s best interests, we’ll say so.

We maintain contact with all of our candidates regardless of the outcome of their interviews. If it doesn’t work out first time around, we make sure to notify them when the right opportunity arises.

If you would like to discuss your needs or our processes, please get in touch.
