The process starts with drawing up a detailed brief  that focuses on cultural and business fit. From here, we carry out extensive research and draw up a shortlist.

Each shortlisted organisation is comprehensively reviewed according to brand, premises, intellectual capital, stakeholder chemistry and more.

Our audit trail sets the scene for subsequent due diligence (which we don’t do but are happy to work with the appointed consultants).

If the merger or acquisition is successful, we then support the integration process. This includes role profiles, mentoring, outplacement, cultural alignment, competency workshops or providing a ‘help line’ for concerned employees.

Our skill is finding the right match and bringing companies that are not ‘for sale’ to the negotiating table. So far we’ve got a 100% success rate.
