Sam Rhodes – Director
Sam has been a part of Trojan for 25 years. He initially joined as a Researcher, and is now Group Director, overseeing M&A and executive search assignments worldwide, from winning work through to delivery. In 2009, Sam made entry into Britain’s Business Elite journal – UK’s Youngest Directors section for his achievements. He opened Trojan’s Australian offices in 2014, expanding operations throughout Australia and Asia, complementing the company’s profile in Europe, Middle East and the USA. Sam returned to the London office in 2017.
Beverly Kay – Director
Beverly deals with every sector and spearheads the company’s business development. Having been with Trojan for over 35 years, she has been involved in the majority of Trojan’s 6500+ high profile searches across the globe. Beverly has had articles published in the recruitment press and has appeared on the BBC for her insight and views into Headhunting.
